The Hemp Farming Act of 2018 reclassified hemp (cannabis with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC) from Schedule I controlled substances to an ordinary agricultural commodity. This was included in the 2018 United States farm bill, which became law on December 20, 2018. All products on our website, including THCa, CBD, and Delta-8 THC, are derived from hemp that is federally legal under this bill. The legislation also set guidelines for hemp cultivation, requiring farmer licensing, allowing states and tribes to regulate production, and removing restrictions on hemp transport and sale across state lines.
